Our many years of experience allow us to offer you a wide selection of encoder discs, apertures and linear scales, both in the form of simple standards such as for Avago sensors as well as specialized custom parts according to customer requirements

Thanks to our ever-growing array of machinery, our customers have the option of making adjustments or changes to respective parts at any point after the master film has been created, even during series production.
This is particularly beneficial when developing prototypes.

A new production process developed by us allows for the option of manufacturing all of our parts as reflective variants, which are ideal for any application where space is limited.

The main advantage of our proprietary Mayplex parts over glass or chrome glass lies in their remarkable flexibility, allowing them to be repeatedly assembled and disassembled without risking material breakage or surface cracks.

Assembly and accessories:

Our proprietary production process allows us to manufacture discs, apertures and scales in a variety of different thicknesses.
We are also proud to offer additional mounting options such as bonded aluminum hubs with locking screws or parts with self-adhesive backing.
