We have been offering CAD design as a service for more than 20 years.

Our core strengths lie in data creation and editing of film templates for a wide range of applications.

For example: original films for encoder discs, timing discs, scales, thin-film and thick-film technology, LCD displays, precision screen printing, templates of all kinds for metal etching, printed circuit technology specifically for large formats (max. 1200 x 1600 mm) and complex imagery such as for antennas.

And any other application for which layouts with maximum accuracy are required.

Data creation for exposure systems such as plotters, laser imagesetters etc. from existing base CAD data in the formats DXF- IGS, DWG, Gerber etc. is also part of our repertoire, thanks to our many years of experience and precise knowledge of the data formats. 

Photoplot, direct exposure of film and photo glass

We do not only create data, but also supply master templates on film and photo glass.

Film: Originals with up to 100.000 dpi resolutions up to sizes of
1200 x 1600 mm, structures  up to 25 my.

HR film: Highest-resolution films of up to 100.000 dpi up to sizes of
600x 850 mm, structures up to 10 my.
